gSource tamps and impactors are crafted from high quality German or US surgical stainless steel. They are used mainly in orthopedic procedures to wedge bone graft into place. Tamps generally have a round working end with a cross-serrated tip and are available in various working end diameters. Patterns have various style handles and some are made from different materials such as aluminum. Lumbar and cervical impactors are useful in neurological procedures requiring manipulation of lumbar and cervical vertebrae and reinforcing bone grafts in these areas.
